We joined our friends for another formal dinner at Pembroke recently. We’re not entirely sure why, but the menu this time was Bulgarian themed and we had a goulash soup and dumpling noodles, beef with bread pudding or pasta with potato and goats cheese, and a honey sponge cake with chocolate ganache and tokaji ice cream. It was fun to get dressed up and spend the evening with friends, and the food was very good!
